Dear all,
Here is what we have planned for April:
1. For the next 10 days (April 4 to 14) there is sailing only on Saturdays - April 6 and 13 - Optis in the mornings and Lasers/Sunfish in the afternoons as usual. This is due to the NYC hosting the Star Western Hemisphere Championship April 8 to 13.
2. For April 15 to 30, there will be sailing as usual on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
3. April 19 to 21 - RACE CLINIC for Opti NA's and Worlds sailors - Starts Friday at 3:00 p.m. and finishes Sunday at 4:00 p.m. Sessions are Friday 3:00 to 6:00, Saturday 9:30 to 4:00 and Sunday 9:30 to 4:00.
4. Regarding St. Andrew's / Palm Cay Wednesday sailing this is planned to start April 17 and go through to May 29. There is a sign-up sheet at St. Andrew's being coordinated by Peter Wilson.
Please note that the MIX-UP REGATTA in Freeport has been moved to May 4 & 5 at the request of Grand Bahama Sailing Club - the host club.
Also, the OPTI / LASER SPRING REGATTA to be hosted by Palm Cay Sailing Club on May 18 & 19 has been changed to May 25 & 26 at Royal Nassau Sailing Club. May 25 is also the night of the Annual BSA Fundraiser event which will be at NYC. We are looking for EVERYONE to attend this special evening.
