Dear sailors, coaches and parents,
This is just to remind you that the Opti Fall Regatta, hosted by the Royal Nassau Sailing Club, is coming up - November 17 & 18.
It is one of the four major Optimist events each year for all Opti sailors throughout The Bahamas. We hope to see many of the sailors from Abaco, Grand Bahama, Long Island, Harbour Island and Eleuthera join us for this event.
Just e-mail us at the BSA Email Address, and copy to radunkley@gmail.com and donico_145@hotmail.com to let us know that you are coming- and we will arrange a boat for you on a first come, first serve basis.
You can also call Donico if you have any questions at (242)-376-2245 (I will be away until Nov 13). Also, if you need accommodations please let us know.
The Notice of Race (NOR) for this event will be available under the 'Results and Documents' tab.
If there are enough of you here for Friday afternoon, we will run a two hour clinic on rigging and rules.
The Competitors' meeting and launching will be at Nassau Yacht Club. Lunch on Saturday and Sunday's presentation will be at RNSC.
