Bahamian Junior Sailor, 15
year old, Paul de Souza is representing The
Bahamas this month in the 2014 Summer Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing, China.
Paul is competing in the sport of sailing and will be racing in a Byte CII
dingy.
The opening ceremonies
will be shown at 6pm Sat
on NBCSN or CH 717 locally. It will be shown again at 3pm Sun
on NBC-E Ch 6 and West Ch 215., then again 8pm SUN
on NBCSN. If you need to find all the showings in the week visit your guide
search and search for 2014 Youth Olympic Games and it should come up. Because
The Bahamas is celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Bahamas's 1st Gold Medal
which was in sailing, Paul will be the flag bearer at the Opening Ceremony. This
is a great honor and we hope to get a good shot of The Bahamian team of 14
athletes.
